Your daily responsibilities will include:Guiding clients through the initial stages of the water damage restoration process with empathy and clear communication.Developing precise and effective drying strategies tailored to each unique water damage scenario.Performing necessary and controlled demolition to facilitate thorough drying and prepare for restoration.Skillfully deploying and diligently monitoring advanced drying and dehumidification equipment to ensure optimal results.Meticulously recording all aspects of the drying process, including moisture readings, equipment placement, and progress updates.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:5+ years of experience as a water restoration techPossess IICRC WRT, IICRC AMRT, and IICRC ASD certificationsValid driver's licenseSelf-motivated personalityCustomer-facing experience is preferredAre you who we're looking for?
