In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products. Responsibilities
  • Prospects for new business by contacting sales leads generated by referrals, marketing, networking, cold calling, and lead databases.
  • Establish trust and professional rapport with prospects from the first point of contact.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and persistence to move prospects forward.
  • Effectively utilize agency CRM system to document, track, and follow-up on marketing leads.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Requirement
  • Must have an active California Property & Casualty License.
  • Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales or a similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well in a hybrid/remote team setting & collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and communication tools.
