We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.  The Team We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced cross-functional program manager to lead product launches and program initiatives as part of the Product organization. This person will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our product development and launches by providing program management oversight and leadership across functional teams. The successful candidate will work with functional team members, advise the teams on project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and operations, and communicate the program status, issues, results, and business impact to senior management. The candidate must be passionate about delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment, and will also maintain awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices to ensure success of programs. The role Provide cross functional leadership and manage large scale programs or multiple complex projects that affect business long-term goals and objectives in a matrixed environment Actively build consensus across stakeholders to enable coordinated forward progress. Develop, define, and program plans, lead execution of programs. Oversee program goals and prioritization setting. Evaluate and recommend techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement. Resolve complex problems, anticipates change, and redirect effort as necessary. Communicate program status, program readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to management, including senior management and executives. Manage and lead cross-functional team (PM, engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Support, Services, etc.) in the preparation, tracking of GTM deliverables and milestones. Proactively identifying risks to meeting target launch dates and developing/driving mitigation plans and escalating to senior leadership as needed In close collaboration with Product Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, facilitate and coordinate teams in development and preparation for product gate reviews and pricing governance reviews. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field 7+ years of relevant work experience Proven success managing complex programs in a large organization.  Exemplary communications skills (both written and verbal) proven ability to influence and drive change. Positive outlook with desire for continuous learning and the ability to drive business change in an ever changing, dynamic environment. Team leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
