Posting Details Job Details Description SRP Products is looking for an Operations and Sales Specialist If you are highly organized, customer-focused, and driven to support seamless operations from order processing to delivery, this role may be an excellent fit for you The Operations & Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Automotive Product Division. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, distributors, and internal teams. The Operations & Sales Support Specialist manages customer orders from order entry to delivery, assists with inventory management to support our manufacturing process through item level strategic forecasting, raw material purchasing, and keeps internal stakeholders updated through consistent communication and regular sales reports. Your responsibilities as an Operations & Sales Support Specialist : Serve as the primary point of contact for a selected group of customers, distributors, and sales representatives. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system including complexities related to international import/export and dangerous goods shipping. Handle inquiries related to product availability, pricing, order status, and shipping details. Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Manage customer complaints, returns, and warranty requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM and ERP systems. Collaborate with various departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to gather information, understand business requirements, and align inventory strategies with organizational goals. Regularly review and analyze inventory levels, including raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Prepare regular sales and inventory reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to management, highlighting sales and inventory trends, risks, and opportunities. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and inventory management processes and communication flow. The candidate we are looking for: Minimum 2–5 years of inventory/merchandise planning, supply chain, purchasing, customer service, or inside sales experience, preferably in the automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel) Experience with ERP/CRM systems, Microsoft Business Central experience preferred. Familiarity with inventory management software and material requirements planning (MRP) software.
