We are your professional local dry cleaners.Martinizing Dry Cleaning is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps Martinizing Dry Cleaning, a nationally leading company in the dry cleaning industry, is growing its operations and hiring more staff. We are locally owned and operated and are seeking motivated employees who can provide customer service at the front counter and assemble and bag orders in the back. We are looking for candidates that have a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional service to our customers.Job Responsibilities - Front:Provide warm, engaging interaction with customersProvide clear descriptions of Martinizing services and processes to customersCheck in customer orders; inspect, sort, & tag for cleaningSolve customer problems as neededCommunicate problems, record issues, keep accurate recordsProcess customer payments and discountsPerform standard opening and closing dutiesKeep store clean and tidyJob Responsibilities - Back:Inspect finished garments per Martinizing quality control requirementsAssemble finished garmentsBag completed ordersScan completed bagged orders to the conveyorPrevious customer service experience an asset * Dry Cleaning experience is considered an asset * Must have a flexible schedule * Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time * Strong attention to detail * An understanding of textiles and garments is helpful
