Lead a dynamic local sales team at WGBA in Green Bay, helping businesses grow through innovative multi-platform advertising solutions. You'll develop strategic campaigns across broadcast television, OTT video, search strategies, social media, digital display, and email targeting to connect local businesses with their customers and drive results.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Collaborate with Director of Sales and other departments to accomplish station objectivesOrganize, direct and manage the performance of a team of local sales Account ExecutivesNegotiate ratings, rates and budgetsDevelop new business utilizing all station platforms including broadcast, digital and mobileCoach Account Executives on Scripps Sales Process (SSP) in the fieldTrain, develop and motivate the local sales team to achieve revenue goalsFoster career growth and development of the sales teamMaintain positive relationships with outside vendorsInterface with traffic systems to ensure efficient management of airtime inventoryOversee accounts receivable and credit policiesDevelop pricing and packaging strategies that meet client and station needsPosition the station effectively against competing advertising optionsForecast sales revenue and manage department expenses to achieve financial goalsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferredGenerally, 7+ years proven success in media salesExperience in agency and direct strategic account management, broadcast inventory and digital/video capabilitiesDriving required.
