This is an opportunity to shape the direction of a large-scale fitness organization while developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering meaningful impact. Position Summary The Regional Fitness Director is responsible for leading and developing the Personal Training function across multiple clubs.This role focuses on building strong teams, ensuring consistency and quality of training programs, driving revenue growth through performance leadership, and maintaining a high standard of member experience. You will collaborate closely with Area Directors, Club Managers, and Coaches to align strategy, operational execution, and performance outcomes.
