Hollis Park Manor Nursing Home, is an 80 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, loacted in the heart of Queens is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Dynamic team We offer both, Long-Term Care and also Short-Term-Rehabilitation. Our facility is located in the Hollis neighborhood and is accessible by several MTA bus-lines literally mere steps from the entrance. We are looking to hire passionate and dedicated LPN's. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the utmost quality care and safety is delivered to all residents on consistent basis. This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious professional. Although we prefer candidate to have Nursing Home experience, we are willing to train as well. Also LPN certification in good-standing with NYS is a Must.. Responsibilities-Provide bedside care.-Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.-Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)-Assist with resident comfort-Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas-Collect samples and monitor catheters-Provide wound care-Help coach staff as necessary   We are seeking LPNs for: FLEXIBLE SHIFTS:  FULL TIME/PART TIME position available.
