This candidate is a self-motivated, high-energy individual with the passion to inspire those around them to create a winning team. This position demands quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to executing the highest standards of service and quality. The GM must have a passion for service and people, work well under pressure, and be organized. At least one year of restaurant management in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
