Full-Time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)The Springs of Park Avenue – Hot Springs, AR   Restore Strength. Improve Mobility. Reclaim Independence.   The Springs of Park Avenue is seeking a compassionate and experienced Full-Time, Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. In this vital role, you’ll help residents recover strength, enhance mobility, and regain independence—empowering them to lead fuller, more active lives. This Director of Rehabilitation/DOR position is a great opportunity for an Arkansas licensed therapist to oversee, teach, and mentor a supportive team of therapists in an environment built on integrity and progressive, ethical care.     What You’ll Do: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organization of all departmental paperwork, including conducting documentation audits. Plans accordingly and coordinates schedules to achieve maximum efficiency staff based on clinical needs and treatment activity of staff members. Works pro-actively to build, manage, and schedule PRN pool, as needed. Establish and promote clinical programs/enhancement as indicated Engages in recuiting interviews, employee development, goal setting, constructive feedback, corrective actions, performance appraisals. Develop professional working relationships with staff, facility team members, residents, and resident family members. Prompt preparation and delivery of any regular reports; aswell as the ability to analyze, interpret, and achieve budget expectations on a consistent basis.    What You Bring: Current and active Therapy license in Arkansas Strong clinical skills with a commitment to resident-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Dedication to improving the quality of life for every resident you serve Previous leadership experience preferred SNF/Long term care experience preferred Current knowledge of teatment practices Knowledge of Net Health Electronica Documentation System preferred Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.    Why Join Us?
