As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the logistics and distribution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with team members and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment through routine patrols. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters.Document all activities, incidents, and observations according to site and Allied Universal requirements.Assist with access control procedures, including checking identification and monitoring entry and exit points as directed.Support emergency response efforts by following site-specific procedures and coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.Minimum Requirements:Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.Must be at least 21 years of age.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
