Chef and Restaurateur Tiffani Faison and her Boston based restaurant group, Big Heart Hospitality, is seeking talented Bartenders to join our front-of-house team.Bubble Bath Back Bay, which opened this summer on the top floor of the CitizenM Hotel, is a Champagne, wine forward, craft cocktail bar, serving shareable light bites and caviar. The bar is focused on creativity, precision, and exceptional guest experience. The menu is seasonal and inspired, featuring house-made ingredients, rare spirits, and artfully executed classics. We are seeking passionate and experienced Bartenders to join our team. Who You Are:
You’re not just pouring drinks—you’re crafting experiences. You have a deep respect for the craft of bartending, a working knowledge of spirits, modifiers, and technique, and a genuine love for hospitality. Whether you’re mixing a stirred classic or building a multi-step house original, you do it with intention, curiosity, and care. Responsibilities: Prepare cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision Guide guests through our cocktail and wine menus and offer thoughtful recommendations Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and mise en place Collaborate with the bar team on seasonal menu development Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest care Manage stock, prep, and inventory as needed Aid bar manager in conducting inventory Qualifications: 2+ years behind a cocktail-focused bar or equivalent experience Solid foundation in classic cocktails, spirits, and technique Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-forward environment Strong communication skills and team-first mentality TIPS certified- ServSafe certified – Allergen certified What We Offer: Competitive compensation+ tips A supportive, creative environment that values skill and growth Opportunities for continued education and advancement Employee matched benefits after 90 days of continuous employment A team that takes pride in what they do—and enjoys doing it
