Seeking motivated, reliable individuals looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service.Responsibilities for this position include: Perform work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Mercedes Benz factory and Rallye Mercedes Benz standards. Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/ perform appropriate repairs Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to service advisors. Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts. Notify the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised. Clearly and accurately document all work performed. Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate. MB experience preferred. A clean & valid New York State Driver’s License. Excellent communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional appearance and ability to work well with others. Working knowledge of shop equipment including but not limited to wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment. Pay: $25 - $30 + Pay PlanBenefits 40 hour guarantee + aggressive production bonus plan Dealer supplied toolbox On & off site Mercedes Benz training & online training. Climate controlled shop with updated, state-of-the-art equipment Great benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage for employee & family.
