This associate engages bank partners to provide a full range of deposit and related business services. Larger relationships may be managed with manager approval and/or appropriate partner support. QualificationsBachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in business lending, credit or business development.-Or-High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years experience in business lending, credit or business development.Additional Requirements:Business development experiencePreferred Qualifications:Established COI's and referral sourcesFinancial analysis and credit underwriting skillsKnowledge of business lending, deposit and cash management solutionsAbility to provide financial guidance and expertiseSales planning and forecasting experienceThe base pay for this position is generally between $128,314 and $196,747. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
