Centers Health Care - Overview: Centers Health Care is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the VP, Marketing Director in managing daily projects across our network of skilled nursing, home health, and specialty care programs. You’ll help bring campaigns to life — from concept and copywriting to final production — ensuring every message reflects our mission: Care That Moves You. Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Project CoordinationSupport the execution of multi-channel campaigns (print, social, email, digital) across multiple facilities and service lines.Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.Coordinate with designers, writers, vendors, and facility teams to move projects from concept to completion.Organize marketing assets, manage shared folders, and maintain content libraries and campaign calendars.Assist in planning and promoting events, employee initiatives, and community outreach programs.Copywriting & ProofreadingWrite, edit, and proofread marketing materials including flyers, social media captions, newsletters, email campaigns, and internal communications.Ensure consistency of voice, accuracy of information, and alignment with the Centers Health Care brand.Review materials for grammar, tone, and brand compliance before final distribution.Administrative & Strategic SupportProvide day-to-day support to the VP, Marketing Director on key initiatives and special projects.Help prepare presentations, meeting notes, and campaign summaries.Conduct research on local markets, competitors, and industry trends to inform marketing strategy.Support the department with vendor communications, scheduling, and invoice tracking.Digital SupportHelp monitor analytics and compile reports to measure campaign performance.Update and maintain listings, photos, and reviews across Google and web platforms. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a creative project coordination role.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills — ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.Team player with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and willingness to learn.
