Pay will increase once licensed The role of Customer Service Representative is crucial to the success of our agency. The focus is to perform the essential function of aiding our clients with their service needs. Specific service and marketing responsibilities are required in this position to make certain we grow and retain our customer base. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.Strong oral and written communication skills.Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
