Requisition Number2236135Description & Requirements The Retirement Plan Consulting team guides organizations through the complexities of designing and managing corporate retirement plans. We offer end-to-end services-including plan design, compliance, and investment consulting-tailored to each client's needs. By leveraging deep expertise, we help attract and retain talent while supporting fiduciary and ERISA responsibilities. What You Will Do: Review Plan census information to determine eligibility and calculate vesting Review Plan Document provisions to determine Plan is operating accordingly Analyze annual compliance exams for non-discrimination, coverage and other issues Assist with the review and processing of participant distribution and loan requests Prepare various governmental filings and notices to Plan Sponsors and participants Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Good verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1+ years of relevant professional experience in retirement plan administration or accounting Current and valid professional business credential(s), including but not limited to: QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator), QPA (Qualified Pension Administrator), CPC (Certified Pension Consultant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite #LI-LRA, #LI-KCMO #LI-AF1With a legacy spanning more than 100 years, Forvis Mazars is committed to providing a different perspective and an unmatched client experience that feels right, personal and natural.
