A Place At Home – Little Rock - In-HoIn-Home CaregiverA Place At Home – Little Rock A Place At Home has proudly provided non-medical in-home care for seniors and veterans for Central Arkansas since 2019. Learn more about who we are and what we do at www.aplaceathomelittlerock.com. We are currently hiring experienced, compassionate caregivers to work in Benton, Bryant, Alexander, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Conway, and surrounding areas. Job Duties May IncludeAssistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Bathing, grooming, and dressingToileting and incontinent careStanding, transferring, and walkingBedbound careMeal preparation and diet monitoringMedication remindersLight housekeeping and laundryErrands and shoppingTransportationCompanionship and emotional support BenefitsWeekly pay every FridayRespectful, supportive work environmentCompetitive hourly wagesCaregiver referral bonusesCaregiver of the Month bonusesContinuing education opportunitiesMerit and loyalty-based wage increasesFriendly and responsive office staffHoliday pay — time and a half for working on any of our 8 company holidays SchedulingClients set their own schedules, offering a variety of shift options:3-hour; 4-hour; 6-hour; 8-hour; to 12-hour shiftsDay, evening, overnight, and weekend availability RequirementsMinimum 1 year of verifiable caregiving experienceDedication and passion for serving othersPositive and professional attitudeDependable and punctual — honor all accepted shiftsValid, active driver’s licenseReliable transportationAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug testAble to lift up to 25 pounds,Safely stoop, bend, and walk stairs
