This is a 40+ hour per week position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm. As a family-owned business, we offer our team a good work-life balance and a fun work environment.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANUFACTURING EMPLOYEEAs a manufacturing employee, you are responsible for safely operating machinery and equipment to create quality steel parts. You will safely load and unload raw steel materials into machinery by hand, forklift, or crane depending on department. Carefully follow work instructions and inspect finished parts to ensure quality. You will be cross-trained in other areas and equipment.
