Responsibilities  Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes  Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items  Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen Qualifications  Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser  Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication skills Physical Requirements  Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Shift Details  Day shift Evening shift Weekends Overtime as needed Who We Are  Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at Trust Park dating back to 2016 when the 41,500-seat venue opened.
