Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives. Blackstone Private Wealth is seeking a high-performing Associate to join our Defined Contribution Strategy & Management (DCSAM) team. DCSAM is a newly formed team to drive the buildout of Blackstone’s Defined Contribution (“DC”) business. Blackstone is developing a suite of products tailored for DC Plans ( 401(k) plans) across private equity, private real estate, infrastructure and private credit.  Qualified candidates should be entrepreneurial, proactive in proposing new ideas, and flexible in adapting to the business’ evolving needs and growth strategy. Primary job responsibilities will include:Partner with stakeholders across Private Wealth and other Blackstone business units to support execution of strategic initiatives, recurring deliverables, and ad hoc projectsSupport sales teams in preparing prep notes, due diligence materials and responses to bespoke investor requestsBuild and maintain distribution trackers to capture client and prospect feedback, ensuring DC product innovations align with market demandCollaborate with marketing to create and update presentations, investor reports, and other communicationsResearch, analyze, and make recommendations regarding DC business and product trendsPrepare internal presentations, memorandums, and ad hoc analyses for senior management QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication; effectively crafts and delivers compelling presentations supported by PowerPoint design and storytelling skills.Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.Effective writing skills.Strong organizational skills.Desire to work in a team environment.“Can do” attitude, sense of urgency, diligent and conscientious work ethic.High level of patience and emotional intelligence in order to work effectively within a dynamic environment.Strives for excellence and driven to contribute to the team’s successThe duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position.  Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time, with or without notice, by Blackstone in its sole discretion.Expected annual base salary range:$110,000 - $135,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
