In this role, you will lead complex insurance risk and controls engagements while providing independent oversight and technical leadership. Your expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance will be pivotal as you navigate fast-paced, high-impact environments, ensuring effective stakeholder management. This position empowers you to make a significant impact while working remotely, challenging you to refine your leadership skills and deliver outstanding results.AccountabilitiesLead integrated risk and controls audits across claims operations, reserving, payments, and insurance data quality.Plan and execute internal audits of P&C insurance operations, focusing on internal controls, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Assess control environments, including third-party and outsourced service provider reliance models.Evaluate loss and LAE reserving governance, data flows, methodologies, and estimation uncertainty.Manage engagement scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.Prepare audit findings and present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements7+ years of experience in insurance audit, internal audit, or risk consulting roles supporting Property & Casualty insurance organizations.Strong expertise in claims operations, reserving processes, internal controls, and insurance data flows.Proven ability to engage effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-pressure, project-based environments.Relevant professional certifications preferred (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.)BenefitsCompetitive benefits and compensation package.Flexible schedule to balance work and personal life.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Remote work environment that empowers your productivity.Why Apply Through Jobgether?
