Your success is our success.Description What you will be doing as a Concierge: In this role, you can expect to provide exceptional care and comfort to our customers, tailoring each experience to their unique preferences. You’ll be the go-to resource for hotel, transportation, and meal reservations, ensuring every detail of their visit is seamless prior and during their visit. Your welcoming presence and insightful interactions will foster strong customer loyalty and provide valuable feedback to management. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): Customer Business Center:Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable environment Customer Coordination: Ensure excellent service by coordinating customer needs and requests Phone & Refreshments: Follow proper phone procedures and keep the refreshment area stocked Customer Greeting & Workspaces: Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces and internet access Reservations & Local Info: Assist with reservations and offer information on local attractions, restaurants, and events Visitor & Flight Management: Oversee visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and track flights Data & Payments: Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders, and handle payments What you need to be successful: A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required A minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience is required Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge may be required if applicable Strong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpful Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpful Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, listen to instructions, and interpersonal skills is helpful Why join us?  Your success is our success.
