We’re a growing team looking to positively enhance the employee experience and support the business to achieve its objectives.ABOUT THE ROLEDow Jones is looking for a VP, People Business Partner who is dynamic, business-driven and interpersonally savvy. You will have a track record of building strong relationships with C-suite leaders, understanding a global business and influencing at all levels to drive positive change throughout the organization.Reporting to the SVP, People Business Partners you will mentor, coach and inspire a team of PBPs across geographies and timezones, breaking down silos to help them succeed. You will manage and develop your team members to live our values of Collaboration, Trust, Impact and Excellence through their work and seek to optimize ways of working to deliver a unified, people-first approach to our business clients.
