Our team is excited to welcome the friendly, outgoing, family-oriented doctor who shows commitment to fitting our mission as a dental practice. We strive to provide our local community with up to date dental care utilizing the latest technology, compassion and true care for our patients. We have an amazing team and owner doctor who wants to work alongside, co-treat with, and mentor the right dentist to allow them to become a Super GP dentist. We love to work hard, play hard, and help serve our community Our Ideal Doctor Traits:Treats patients like family while delivering exceptional dental careAbility to build comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating other providers as needed for a holistic approachEstablishes strong rapport with patients and treats them ethically and cheerfully2–3 years of experienceEthical and patient-focused rather than insurance-drivenTeam-oriented and actively contributes to practice growth, events, and meetingsSeeking a long-term career opportunity within the practiceWilling to learn and follow established systems and protocolsHolds an active dental license in good standing (must disclose any blemishes on license)CPR/BLS certificationMust be an ADA/VDA/TDA member and involved in organized dentistryComfortable treating patients of all ages, including childrenOpen to mentorship and skill developmentProficient with CBCT and laser technology (certifications in Botox and laser are a plus)Capable of completing restorative procedures and overseeing hygiene checksWilling to collaborate and support the team as neededPosition Details:Starting Schedule: Part-time, Wednesdays (full day: 7:40 AM – 4:00 PM, patient care 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)Potential to expand to Thursdays and transition into a full-time rolePerks of our position:New technology including in office CBCTIntraoral scannersElectric handpiecesDiode laserCO2 Laser and opportunity to work with a SOLEA KOLAmazing referrals Updated office-- latest technologyExperienced and hard-working teamStrong new patient numbers 50-80/monthNo cap to earning potentialDon't catch yourself admiring from a distance, come claim your spot on our team, less than a mile away from the beach in Chic's Beach If the above statements resonate and describe YOU, reach out to us because we’re ready to meet you Please respond by submitting your CV and letter of intent/cover letter.
