Mountain Springs Expeditor (Full Time)Department: Food & BeveragePOSITION: FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPEDITORWAGE: $16/HR. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for executing quality food delivery to our guests in a timely fashion as well as ensuring consistent plate presentation and organization of food orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to) Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guests. Ensure clear communication between line cooks and food servers. Ensure quality plate presentation. Ensure that all ordered food is plated. Place the plates of food on a tray for the servers. Inform servers when orders are ready and/or delivered. Provide courteous service and be cordial to all Team Members and Guests. Perform all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred): Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation. 1.Education: High School diploma or equivalent, preferred. 2.Work Experience: a.Minimum 6 months experience as an Expeditor required. 3.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: a.Excellent guest service skills. Ability to communicate effectively, and present a clean, well-groomed appearance. b.Must be able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere. 4.Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: a.Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications. 5.Must be at least:18 years of age. 6.Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S. 7.Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License. 8.Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner. 9.Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary. 10.Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.If you would like to set profiles, manage, and track your submissions you can register here...or if you already have an account you may login here...or
