Grata has over 700 customers and has been widely recognized as the market leader by G2, PE Wire, and more.We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of Grata’s Market Intelligence product and deal screening workflows. In this role, you will define, strategize, implement, and optimize workflows within the Market Intelligence product, including Generative AI experiences and research workflows.As a Product Manager at Grata, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand customer needs, prioritize impactful features, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality features. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our experiences adhere to industry standards, maintain reliability, and scale effectively with the evolving needs of our growing business.We are looking for someone who takes initiative, excels in a fluid environment and transforms ambiguity into clear solutions. The ideal candidate is also deeply customer-obsessed, ensuring that their work consistently aligns with and addresses customer needs.If you’re passionate about building innovative products, shaping the future of Grata’s Market Intelligence product, and driving real impact for users, we’d love to hear from you.Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.At Grata, we will expect you to: Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors by partnering with commercial teams and conducting user research and data analysisDevelop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics to achieve ambitious goals and track progress effectivelyWork across design, engineering, QA, and product marketing to define and ship the roadmapPrioritize initiatives ruthlessly using a data-driven approach to maximize impact and deliver customer valueCraft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations, usage data analysis, and iterative feedback from design and engineering teamsEstablish yourself as the go-to expert and trusted leader for the product area, building credibility through ownership and resultsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, distilling complex ideas into clear insights that drive alignment across the organizationWhat we are looking for: 2+ years of product management experience or 1+ year of experience within private capital marketsExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a productExperience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teamsExperience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needsCan partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around youExperience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment; a track record of managing ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured wayExperience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-settingInterested in an office-centric culture with a flexible work environment #LI-GrataThe base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable.
