Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting behavioral health organizations find top talent, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) to join our client's team in Charlotte, NC. This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office and offering 2 days remote work flexibility. This role offers substantial rewards through competitive compensation, strong benefits, and the chance to play a pivotal role in comprehensive diagnostic services.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $110,000 - $135,000, dependent on experience.Incentives: Bonus potential available.Schedule & Time Off: Flexible schedule options, along with Paid time off and Paid holidays.Insurance: Company subsidized Health Insurance.Retirement: Company-sponsored 401(k) plan with a 3% employer contribution after eligibility requirements are met.Professional Support: Reimbursement for license application/renewal fees.Position SummaryThe Clinical Testing Psychologist plays a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals aged 1 to 21, with a primary focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. This involves expertly administering and interpreting specialized assessments, delivering tailored treatment recommendations to families, and providing essential supervision to postdoctoral fellows, psychometricians, and doctoral externs.Essential FunctionsClinical ResponsibilitiesAdminister, score, and interpret a range of psychological tests and assessments.Conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2) for autism and differential diagnoses.Provide personalized, actionable treatment recommendations to families.Deliver detailed, high-quality clinical reports and ensure continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.Collaboration OpportunitiesEngage in activities based on individual interest and expertise, such as facilitating post-diagnosis processing groups, participating in research initiatives, conducting community outreach, or providing parent coaching.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform other related duties as assigned by clinical leadership.Competencies & QualificationsCore CompetenciesCustomer Orientation: Ensures client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.Quality Focus: Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting.Adaptability: Maintains performance under stress and adjusts to changes in the work environment.Judgment and Critical Thinking: Exhibits sound decision-making and anticipates potential challenges.Teamwork and Interpersonal Relationships: Builds positive relationships and resolves conflicts constructively.Communication: Communicates clearly, persuasively, and informatively in both written and verbal formats.QualificationsLicensure: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Doctorate required) with an Active state license or immediate eligibility.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (inclusive of internships, externships, or fellowships).Assessment Proficiency: Proven experience with autism-specific diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2, Vineland).Compliance & Tech: Familiarity with behavioral health industry regulations and competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, with a Hybrid schedule requiring regular in-office presence (3 days per week, 40+ hours per week). Requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs.
