They are the human element and the friendly face that own the merchandising execution of multiple client-site experiences on a daily basis; supporting each site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people.  Crafty is looking for a Site Merchandiser whose responsibilities will include:Multi-Site Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as neededCustomer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality serviceMaintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperworkThis role is a full-time (30+ hours per week), hourly role within Crafty. This role is open to applicants 21 years of age or older. This role supports several of our New York city clients Monday through Friday from 6am - 2pm, by meeting the skill based qualifications below:Required Attributes:Operationally Sound: Ensures that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, adhering to best practices and standards.Reliable: Shows accountability, punctuality, and consistency in fulfilling commitments. We believe diverse perspectives, upbringings, and knowledge contribute to our strong company culture and we encourage you to apply.Expected Results:Goal: Achieve a 95% annual client retention rate by delivering top-tier on-site operations and exceptional client experiences, ensuring all client goals are met and exceeded, for at least 6 consecutive months by completing these initiatives:Initiative #1: Task Ownership: Complete daily task lists with an average of 95% successful shift completion week over week as measured via Tableau on a monthly basis.Measured through:On time arrival at client site (hitting delivery windows)Complete task listTask list needs to be rated “good”Initiative #2: Quality control: Maintain an average of 95% or greater on all quality control checks quarterly.Initiative #3: Client Satisfaction: Assist in supporting all client requests on a weekly basis, working with your manager and the site point of contact.What we offer:Our people mean everything to us.
