This position is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing shuttle or vehicle service, and maintaining a positive, professional image of the hotel at all times.Your role:Be the face of our hotel - warmly greet and assist arriving guestsUphold Marriott's hospitality standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphereAssist guests with luggage, packages, and personal items.Deliver amenities, packages, and guest requests promptly.Provide local area information, directions, and recommendations.Operate hotel vehicles (shuttle vans, company cars, etc.) safely and professionally.Transport guests to and from designated locations.Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition; report maintenance needs.Assist guests entering and exiting the vehicle and handle baggage with care.Adhere to all traffic, safety, and company regulations.
