Our client looking for someone with tactical experience in digital marketing, google analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization. The successful candidate will lead a team through a variety of interesting and diverse projects. They are leading edge in their industry and offer ongoing training and opportunity for advancement. Perks & Benefits:Excellent compensationExcellent pension company matchingHybrid work modelOngoing trainingFlexible benefitsResponsibilities:Lead and mentor a team made up of Optimization Specialists, Automation Specialists, and SEO specialistDefine metrics and KPIs to measure and track the success of digital marketing initiativesLead a team on various projects such as building a member onboarding strategy and member retention strategyWork on projects related to a new mobile app and rebuilding a website and storeLead team to set up A/B testing and provide insights to optimize conversion rates. Continuously optimizing funnels to increase conversion rates.
