Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant-Pasadena

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM —7:00 PMLocation: Pasadena, CA Compensation: $100k/yr (details discussed upon offer); plus, an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About the Role: A warm and friendly family in Pasadena is seeking a dedicated and energetic full-time nanny to help care for four young children (5, 7, 8, 11). The ideal candidate will be a nurturing caregiver who can also assist with activities, arts and crafts, meal preparation, laundry, and light tidying of play areas. This role requires flexibility, organization, and a proactive approach to supporting the household. What You’ll Do: Ensure the children’s safety, well-being, and engagement throughout the day Assist with homework Plan and facilitate arts, crafts, and creative play Prepare and serve light meals for the children Assist with pick-ups and drop-offs as needed (vehicle provided) Run errands and grocery shop as directed (vehicle provided) Help with children’s laundry and tidying up children’s areas Provide hands-on support to Mom with organizing family photos and planning children’s parties Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s Degree Required MUST show longevity in roles Live within a 30-minute commute to Pasadena Willingness to provide occasional weekend support such as weddings, date nights, and other family occasions Willingness to travel locally with the family (typically to Palm Desert and Newport Beach) Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to family Comfortable around pets (the family has 2 dogs). Excellent driving record (vehicle provided for job-related tasks). Why Join This Family?
