This position is located in Ardmore, Oklahoma.Health Care Management III - Y15CAnnual salary: $69,.34 + Full state benefitsTravel is EXTENSIVE- Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance Minimum QualificationsHealth Care Management Nurse, Level III - Requirements consist of possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and six years of professional nursing experience, including three years in a managed care or home health care program. Preference StatementPreference may be given to applicants with two years of experience working with the ADvantage, State Plan Personal Care and Nursing facility eligibility and with a working knowledge of ELDERS, MMIS, PASRR, IMS, and WMIS systems. Job Responsibilities:Position serves as a clinical resource to child welfare staff through consultation, training, assessment, direction, and coaching. Identifies and coordinates appropriate health care resources. Participates in the development of plans of care so that the child's needs are best met. May also participate in court as a representative of DHS/CW as needed.Note: 3yrs in a managed care of home health care program is not required for CW RNs._____________
