This is accomplished by managing the day-to-day operations of the community, achieving high resident and associate satisfaction, ensuring high quality resident care/services are provided, creating a culture in the community that reinforces and lives our mission each and every day, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, generating respect in the community for the community, ensuring smooth operation of the community, and generating the projected profit for the company by achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the community.  Why Charter Senior Living?
