In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.The Pricing Analyst analyzes data related to product pricing; the analysis focuses on external/competitor pricing and prices that customers are willing to pay. Evaluates and develops product pricing structure. Maintains historical price and cost data. Ensures system pricing is updated and accurate to enable order processing.About your role:Guide improvement in profitability by executing timely price increases in our published pricing and contract pricing, in cooperation with Product Management and Sales team. Review existing pricing levels globally and cross-channel to implement policies to increase profitability and understand business impact prior to rolling out new pricing and/or price changes.Update standard analytics dashboard (KPIs) and suggest development of tools (Power Bi) to be used by product management and sales to optimize profitability.Improve and execute regular cadence of price list updates and processes, implement controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of price list information, engage with product management to improve the accuracy and timely update of price fields in the price list.Develop pricing analysis to support product management and inside sales on pricing strategies and quote related activities.Support continued performance tuning for pricing tools, as well as implementation of any software enhancements.About you:Between 3-5 years pricing experience with components or products, preferably in automotive, electronics or industrial, in a larger organization.Desire of working globally with cross-functional groupExperience managing price and profitability, proven analytics competencyExperience in either sales or marketing discipline in addition to pricingA plus for the added perspective Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP or JD EDWARDS pricing software experienceLittelfuse is an equal opportunity employer committed to empowering every associate to make a difference — everywhere, every day.We offer a comprehensivebenefitspackage, including:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company match and annual contributionPaid time off and 11 holidaysFlexible and remote work options$850 Lifestyle Spending AccountTuition reimbursement (up to $20,000)Lean Six Sigma certification and career development opportunitiesLife, disability, and voluntary insurance optionsSalary Range:$73,900 - $99,340The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
