We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Associate Note: This is an in-person position, and applicants must be willing and able to work at our Lake Forest, CA office during standard business hours, Monday-Friday. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $24/Hour As a Digital Marketing Associate at MatterHackers, you will play a critical role in enhancing our digital footprint and driving more traffic to our Ecommerce platform. Working directly under the Director of Ecommerce, you will be instrumental in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. If you're eager to contribute to a team that values creativity, strategic thinking, and data analysis, we're looking for you What You Will Be Doing: Assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to boost online presence and drive traffic to the MatterHackers website. Managing and growing our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially additional channels. Crafting engaging email marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance to continuously improve our outreach. Coordinating with freelancers to produce compelling digital content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. Overseeing and optimizing digital ads across platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, and Instagram. Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics and other measurement software. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy that supports overall marketing and business objectives. Assisting the Director of Ecommerce with daily tasks, ensuring that our digital marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives. Researching and engaging with potential affiliates, influencers, and partners to expand our marketing reach and build sponsorship opportunities. Embracing a 'many hats' role that includes a mix of strategic planning, creative execution, and hands-on campaign management to drive success in our digital marketing initiatives. What You Need for this Position: Willingness and ability to work in-person at our Lake Forest, CA office. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience with social media management, email marketing, and digital ad platforms. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for quality. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing.
