Medicare/Medicaid Dual Plan Marketing Representative

Overview We are looking to make a hire for this position in the second quarter of 2024 . The Medicare/Medicaid Dual Plan Marketing Representative will develop leads from various sources and enroll Medicare and Medicaid dual-eligible people with IDD into Partner Health Plan’s fully integrated insurance plan. This role will require extensive travel through the areas we support in order to create contacts and connections with potential members and programs. Approximately 50% from home, and 50% in the field. This role reports to the Director of Outreach. At Partnership Solutions, our work is performed in support of, and on behalf of, Care Design NY (a Care Coordination / Health Home), and Partners Health Plan (a Managed Care Organization), dedicated to providing supports and services for persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. All full-time positions come with generous benefits including $3000 tuition reimbursement per calendar year, and up to $250 of professional development courses Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, providers, DD agencies, community partners, and other sources to obtain referrals Generate prospective member leads from your referral sources Educate prospective members about PHP’s plan benefits and value Ensure prospective members are appropriately enrolled and documentation is complete Travel throughout assigned territory to produce leads and enroll prospective members Meet/exceed individual enrollment goals Communicate with management regarding recommendations to make a workflow or process more efficient Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 2+ years of Managed Care, Medicare/Medicaid outside sales experience or IDD Care Coordination Organization (CCO) Sales/Enrollment Bilingual Spanish preferred Valid NY Health & Accident Insurance License Valid Driver's License and access to personal vehicle Care Design NY and Partnership Solutions provide equal employment opportunities to all.
