Overview Senior Human Resources GeneralistHourly Range: $30-35/hr. In conjunction with the Vice President of Human Resources the Senior Human Resource Generalist is responsible for policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management employee relations, recruiting and retention, and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will serve as a business partner to all Seven Hills Affiliates. Work is performed with a high degree of independence and under the supervision and direction of the Vice President of Human Resources or his/her designee.Benefits for Full-time employees: Health Insurance: Offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with generous company contribution.Enhanced Retirement Plan: 25% - 33% Employer match based on tenure. Student Loan Assistance: Consolidation, counseling, & limited employer contributionDiscounted Tuition with College & University PartnershipsTuition Assistance: Reimbursed or prepaid college courseworkHome Mortgage Initiative: Favorable down payment (3-5%), reduced closing costs co-paid by Seven HillsWork-Life Balance:Generous Accrued Paid VacationVacation Cash-Out Option3 Paid Personal Days11 Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time Responsibilities Provide general HR support across functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and complianceCommunicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees and assist with addressing routine employee concerns and disciplinary mattersAssist with recruitment efforts, targeted outreach, job fairs, and internship program coordinationSupport onboarding and orientation of new hires and maintain accurate personnel records and data systemsCollect, track, and report HR data as required, including compliance reporting (., EEO, OSHA, VETS, performance evaluations)Assist with leave administration, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and related regulations; support workers' compensation and unemployment claimsParticipate in the development and maintenance of job descriptions and assist in benefits communication and open enrollment activitiesConduct periodic site visits to address employee questions and promote HR servicesRepresent the HR department at internal meetings, external conferences, and career fairsMaintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information at all timesEnsure a safe, respectful, and professional work environment in accordance with organizational policies and proceduresComplete all required trainings and certifications; promote the mission, values, and culture of the organizationPerform additional HR-related duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field requiredMaster's Degree preferred.Professional certification at Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) level.3 – 5 years of related experienceSkills and Knowledge:Standard driver’s license – class C or class D; Some travel required.Why Join Us?At Seven Hills Foundation, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that makes a real impact on the lives of others.
