Dementia Experienced Care Professional

TN09, SYNERGY HomeCare of Chattanooga - MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANPORTATION** We are seeking Care Professionals who are well-educated in dementia care and understands the unique behavioral challenges that individuals with dementia may face. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in the various stages of dementia, as well as the ability to recognize and respond to issues such as agitation, confusion, and mood swings. They must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion. Experience with non-pharmacological interventions and the development of personalized care plans is essential for enhancing the quality of life of those in their care. A commitment to ongoing education in dementia care is highly desirable.
