Kickstart your career with us by applying todayWhat You Will DoEngineering Co-Ops work with external engineering partners and equipment vendors to provide data required for process and equipment tagging/design. Collaborate with mill operating departments, capability groups, maintenance, and other engineering disciplines to identify opportunities to add value to the facility/company and recommend/implement solutions.Our Co-Op program seeks talent from many disciplines including (but not limited to): Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering At Koch, Co-Op’s gain real-world, hands-on experience, with the opportunity to tackle significant projects, problem-solve, and take ownership of their work.Alongside your day-to-day role, the program offers an opportunity to learn more about Koch, our people, Principle Based Management, and all while growing your network. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive communication skills. Ability to relocate per program requirements. Ability to work in a hot humid environment.
