If so, LPL Financial is the place for youThis full-time remote employment opportunity would allow you to support Financial Advisors with LPL Financial under our Employee Advisor Model. This role may provide support to multiple advisors operating within the credit union space. This opportunity is an excellent steppingstone to continue to build on your wealth management experience and opportunities to work with multiple internal departments at a growing company.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive client support through daily communication with advisors and clients, addressing inquiries on account activity, policies, and documentation while managing time-sensitive tasks such as RMDs, distributions, and tax forms. Submit account instructions, research complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Educate clients and advisors on services and technology, including eSignature and paperless options, while contributing to peer development and project work. Manage operational reports for cash management and distributions, complete special projects, and promote cost-saving initiatives through digital adoption. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, preparing meeting materials, updating CRM systems, and processing expense reports.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.Requirements:1+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management1+ years of experience in client service industryPreferences:Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e. SIE, Series 7 and 66)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simplyOutstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partnersTime management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlinesPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, driven and takes initiativeExperience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)#LI-PA #LI-RemotePay Range: $22.82-$38.04/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
