ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Consistently prepares breakfast, lunch, or dinner to standards established by the Executive Chef.Ensures that work area is kept clean and orderly.Assist in the training of new Cooks.Must be able to stand a full shift Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow cast members.Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by you supervisor. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment. Must be able to identify all products used in kitchen operation. Recognizes spoiled or questionable products. Ability to read, comprehend and execute recipes.The cast member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception. While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and taste or smell. The cast member is frequently required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock.
