At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOPerform table maintenance duties according to company service standardsPerform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to company Service StandardsRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite mannerMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shiftKeep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shiftClean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staffPut all trash and recyclable products in proper receptaclesClean and stock line to par throughout shiftKeep current on all standard operating proceduresStay informed of current menu items and descriptionsFollow private party service guidelines to ensure event successAssist Other Employees as neededFollow all safety standardsRequired to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venueWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:High volume kitchen operationsFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environmentExceptional communication skillsSense of UrgencyTime ManagementKitchen sanitation standardsCritical thinking and decision makingHigh School diplomaPreferred: Point of Sales experienceFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environmentPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Work environment is fast-paced, loud and often stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feetMust be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
