Qualifications EDUCATIONMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONCurrent license in the State of Florida as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC” or “LPC-A”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”)Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital.
