Serve as the project manager of major capital projects. Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met. Develop and implement an established project plan for complex, large-scale projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.We need you to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management or project engineering experience in a related field. 2+ years of Silgan engineering experience, if internal. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. Flexibility to travel overnight 50-70%.Who we are:
