Specialist MO&E HSE Italy B&IPosizioneASPP / Health & Safety Specialist Obiettivo del Ruolo L’ASPP / Health & Safety Specialist supporta il Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione nell’attuazione delle politiche aziendali in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, garantendo la conformità alle normative vigenti e contribuendo alla creazione di un ambiente sicuro per tutti i lavoratori.Riporta al RSPP e collabora con il Safety Manager di Gruppo e le funzioni operative. Principali Responsabilità Supportare il RSPP nell’implementazione del Sistema di Gestione Sicurezza (SGSL) e delle procedure H&S. Effettuare sopralluoghi e audit per individuare rischi e proporre misure preventive. Collaborare alla redazione e aggiornamento del DVR e dei piani di emergenza. Monitorare la corretta applicazione delle normative e delle procedure aziendali. Gestire la formazione obbligatoria e specialistica in materia di sicurezza. Analizzare incidenti e near miss, predisponendo report e azioni correttive. Supportare la gestione dei DPI e delle attrezzature di sicurezza. Promuovere la cultura della sicurezza attraverso campagne interne e comunicazione. Collaborare con HR, Operations e Maintenance per garantire la conformità H&S. Mantenere i rapporti con enti e autorità competenti per adempimenti normativi. Competenze e Requisiti Diploma tecnico o Laurea in discipline affini (Ingegneria, Sicurezza sul Lavoro). Qualifica di ASPP (moduli A, B e C) obbligatoria. Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni in ruoli H&S, preferibilmente in contesti industriali. Conoscenza normativa sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08) e standard ISO (45001). Capacità di analisi dei rischi e problem solving. Buone doti comunicative e relazionali. Organizzazione, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio. Conoscenza strumenti informatici per gestione documentale H&S. Inglese base/intermedio (preferibile). Caratteristiche Personali Proattività e orientamento alla prevenzione. Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire più attività contemporaneamente. Flessibilità e adattamento in contesti dinamici. Forte senso di responsabilità e attenzione alla sicurezza.
