This is a growth-driven opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to handle complex matters and play a key role in a developing regional office. About the RoleThis attorney will defend a broad range of civil litigation matters and is expected to have strong trial and arbitration experience. A flexible hybrid schedule is available. Responsibilities Defend civil litigation claims from inception through resolutionHandle cases through trials and arbitrationsManage complex litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, and motion practiceRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiationsWork collaboratively with partners and other attorneys within the practiceMaintain strong client communication and case reporting Preferred Practice AreasExperience is preferred (but not required) in one or more of the following: Construction litigationTrucking & transportationProducts liabilityProfessional liabilityMotor vehicle negligencePremises liabilityCommercial litigation Qualifications IL Bar license (required)3+ years of civil litigation defense experienceDemonstrated experience taking cases through trial and/or arbitrationStrong writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsAbility to work in a hybrid environment as the primary office Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)Flexible hybrid work arrangementStudent Loan Repayment AssistanceMedical, Dental, VisionLife, Short- & Long-Term DisabilityHRA & FSA options401(k)Pet Insurance3 weeks PTO + paid holidays Interested?If you're a skilled litigator ready for a new challenge, reach out to Chad Calcaterra at gpac or send your resume directly for confidential consideration.
