Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Create individualized treatment plans to support client progress. Provide training, coaching, and support to caregivers and staff. Deliver services across home, center, community, and clinical settings. Qualifications Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification & LABA license (required). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
