This is a temporary position during the construction, which is expected to take 12 months to complete. Need to be able to lift and carry items up to 30lb.  Anticipated schedule: On-site | Monday - Friday 7:30AM- 4:00PM Job Responsibilities: While rehab/construction work is underway, a resident liaison will work closely with tenants to help them prepare for construction work in their apartments.  Prepare and deliver necessary notices to the residents about the construction schedule, and requests.  Communicate important information about renovations.  Deliver packing materials to the tenants and assist with packing, if necessary.  Be able to adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities.  Problem solve issues that allow for a smooth move and construction process
