If this mission resonates with you, Complete Care wants to hear from you Director of Maintenance – Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities: Supervise and schedule maintenance staff Oversee and complete all maintenance and repair work Conduct routine facility inspections for safety, compliance, and equipment performance Maintain working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical Ensure all work meets State, Federal, and OSHA standards Participate in on-call rotation Ensure code compliance and life safety standards are met Qualifications: Electrical/boiler certification 2–3 years of supervisory and management experience Strong understanding of building systems and safety regulations Experience with OSHA and life safety requirements Excellent multitasking, organization, and time-management skills Schedule & Benefits Full-time position with weekend and on-call requirements Get paid every day with our DailyPay option Health, dental, vision, and PTO for full-time employees Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Complete Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #LI-JG1
